It has been more than three decades since the foundation of Lih Ta Fasteners Co., Ltd. Ever since its foundation, Lih Ta always bears in mind the business operation concept of ”Quality and service should be done at the first time”. With the efforts and contributions from all the employees of Lih Ta, Lih Ta has successfully stood in the market with its resort of high quality and highly precise product. We not only successfully get recognition and purchase order from the international giant hard disk and automobile companies, “Lih Ta” has also become a name of excellent product.
Because of our emphasis on the improvement of quality, in addition to the original ISO 9001 quality system, we also promote the strict ISO/TS16949 quality control system for automobile industry; meanwhile, accompanied with the SPC quality control and automatic optical sorting for fastener within the factory, excellent product quality is provided to the customer.
Based on the requirements of different job titles and job ranks, Lih Ta has continuously provided all kinds of trainings to all the current employees. Moreover, enterprise network and MIS information system has been completed, automatic production equipment has been introduced and the thermal treatment plant has been completed too; moreover, Lih Ta has also formed strategic alliances in many businesses, for example, electro-plating, dyeing, cleaning, passivation, Nylok, etc.; through a complete control on the complete production process of the product, our goal of zero defect in the product quality is eventually achieved.

At the same time, Lih Ta has in-depth understanding on the social responsibility it has to take as an enterprise, hence, in addition to the frequent participation of activities for social benefit and all kinds of charity activities, it also follows the requirements of ISO-14001 standard to introduce all kinds of pollution control and operation equipments so as to reduce the pollutions such as industrial waste gas, waste water and waste oil, etc.; meanwhile, it also introduces all kinds of processes with environmental concerns to cope with and meet all kinds of environmental protection laws and regulations (for example, RoHS, etc.) in time and to contribute to the sustaining operation of living environment for the next generation.
